[packman] Please enable yecril71pl at BuildService

I am an openSUSE user and member with an active account at OBS. Please 
enable my account at your Build Service (yecril71pl) so that I can 
download xine-ui that has been built for 13.1 but is unavailable for 
download (PM–105).  Note that the premise of PM–45 is wrong, in that 
xine-ui works but it does not integrate fully with the desktop.  Thank you.
