[packman] [12.2] k3b-lang

Hi, again!

I just wanted to inform you that the k3b package in KDE:Extra has been updated 
to 2.0.80.git20131118 as well and does include a k3b-lang package:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/KDE:Extra/k3b

Maybe the Packman package could be synced to that?
