Hi, sorry for the late answer, I had to care about other stuff...

Yes, I saw that. Nice.
But the nvidia driver 325.15 does contain nvidia-settings-325.15, so nothing
new there...
And the version in the official nvidia repo is still 319.32 AFAICS.
Yet I still think publishing should be disabled for this package, because:
- It is useless. Nvidia-settings is included with the nvidia driver, and
without the driver it doesn't make sense anyway.
- It replaces files of the original driver with (maybe) incompatible versions.
- Are you sure 325.15 works with the 304.xx or even 173.xx driver? I'm not.
But the version included with the driver should work in any case.
And even if newer nvidia-settings versions work with all old drivers, the
drivers won't support the new features anyway, so people can just as well use
the included nvidia-settings.
- Stuff like conky (which doesn't build since months btw, the link is
broken...) will still build against the nvidia-settings package even if it is
not published.
Sorry for writing this again, but you don't seem to have read it before...
Anyway, I'll really keep my mouth shut now. ;)
Kind regards,
Wolfgang
