[packman] Why do we want lv2core in PM?

Because nobody touched the linuxsampler package in more than a year.

The problem is in the lv2 package from openSUSE (that I created, so my
fault), which should provide lv2core-devel. I explain why I didn't add
it in the spec file... I didn't know in Packman something actually
used it.
