[packman] Missing package versions in the openSUSE_12.3/x86_64 repository?!?

We had a little problem with vlc build against new ffmpeg, inbetween 
x264 was updated so vlc couldn't be build against the new libs. It's 
fixed inbetween, please do a "zypper dup" with downgrad of libs, if 
necessary and it should work again.
