[packman] resolve the conflict in file deadbeef.spec

Hi,

I am planning to update deadbeef and found "conflict in file deadbeef.spec"
issue, which blocks me. I don't have owner permission, so I wonder if
anyone can help either resolve the conflict or remove the link so that I
can do the update. If I can be assigned owner permission, that will be
great. Thanks in advance.

BTW, I filed a bug https://bugs.links2linux.org/browse/PM-50 for this
issue. :)
