[packman] Thoughts on nitrogen

Hi,

In the Packman Extra's there is the Nitrogen package which is currently
broken for all other then openSUSE-11.4

I have the same package build locally and I was planning to submit it to
an openSUSE a devel project. Any objections from packman side as I do
not see any licence issues that would not disallow the package to be on
openSUSE OBS
