[packman] Missing dependencies in openSUSE 12.2 Packman repository

Based on practical experience, if you replace libavfilter2 with libavfilter3
in your install, it'll all work.  The solver doesn't offer this, so if you
select uninstall libavfilter2 when shown the conflict it will automatically
install libavfilter3.
