[packman] mp3gain/ aacgain

Hi all,

the question "Where has aacgain gone?" has already been asked here:

The answer given was: it is a part of mp3gain. Packman has both in
its database

but aacgain has no releases. As far as I can see does mp3gain not come
with aac audio support.

Where has aacgain gone?
