Hello-

The mythweb package should have a dependency on the perl-HTTP-Date 
package.  Without this package installed mythweb emits an error when a 
user tries to download a video file from the server and the file cannot 
be downloaded.  There was an error message stating "Can't locate 
HTTP/Date.pm in @INC" in the Apache log file, leading me to install 
perl-HTTP-Date and now mythweb video downloading works perfectly.
