[packman] some vlc bug

Hi,

I'll find two bug in vlc, vlc-1.1.13-13.3.x86_64 (openSUSE 12.1):
- the screensaver isn't blocked under video playing on kde4 (12.1
default, 4.7.2-5.2.2.x86_64)
- with alsa output on all player, if I play something with audacious or
mplayer, then if vlc is started and try to play something, no sound. If
I first started the playing vlc, then it's OK.

Please fix these errors as you can!
