[packman] Package "gnunet"

Dear packagers,

PackMan currently offers 4 "gnunet" rpm's for download:

gnunet
gnunet-mysql
gnunet-postgresql
gnunet-devl

Unfortunately, the package "gnunet-gtk" is missing. This package is essential, as it contains the "gnunet-setup" tool. Without that tool it's quite impossible to get "gnunet" running (check: https://gnunet.org/generic_installation)

Possible solutions: 
-remove all gnunet-packages from PackMan or
-add a hint that the user has to compile "gnunet-gtk" by himself or
-add "gnunet-gtk"
