I can push to multimedia:photo or graphics but on my machine it doesn't
look so stable yet. I have better results with darktable which I have
daily builds in OBS and have been submitting to graphics for a couple of
versions now (see the changelogs in the darktable rpms)

But eventually, to the OP's request, it is there in openSUSE OBS, if you
do not trust or don't like a bunch of repos to add, create your own rpms
in the openSUSE add your patches or change the spec to your liking and
if you wish submit to the devel projects
