[packman] Packman repo metadata is incomplete

The VLC spec file includes an "aout-pulse" subpackage with a
"Supplements: packageand(%{name}-noX:pulseaudio)" line, but that
supplements doesn't appears in the primary.xml file from the repo
metadata.

Any idea?
