[packman] kmediafactory unavailable for 12.1

It is in the build list, it is just failing to compile.  It is having
the same linker errors I have been seeing in many other packages, both
on packman and on the official build service instance.

/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.6/../../../../x86_64-suse-linux/bin/ld:

/usr/lib64/libkio.so.5 so try adding it to the linker command line
/usr/lib64/libkio.so.5: could not read symbols: Invalid operation
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

This isn't KDE-related, I have seen this sort of linker problem for
other libraries as well.
