[packman] kim-0.9.5-3.3.noarch.rpm : German Translation

Hi!

in the package there is no german translation (french only and some parts in 
other languages). I made the german translations for the services (file is 
attatched, translated services only). Maybe you could use it for packaging!? I 
contacted the author additionally and sent him the files.

I found an additional small problem. The "About Kim" cannot work, cause 
kim_other about searches in /usr/share/apps/kim/kim_about.txt and the package 
moved the file to /usr/share/kim. Maybe this could be corrected in the 
package?
