[packman] openSUSE_11.2 and Evergreen_11.2

openSUSE 11.2 is EOL:

Hence, I stopped our builds against 11.2 -- it's still there,
the repo too, and I will send an announcement for people to
mirror it if they want to keep a copy around, and then delete it
in a couple of weeks (probably 2-3 weeks).
But it won't receive any updates.

With that, Evergreen 11.2 has started, and I added it to
Essentials. Stuff is still building there though, I'll keep an
eye on it.
