[packman] xbmc without hal support

Hi,

openSUSE 11.4 doesn't use hal with default installation but current xbmc build 
did. Is it good idea to get rid of hal from xbmc too? If so I prepared a 
package [1] without hal support for >= 11.4. If You are interested, please let 
me know and I can submit a request for Multimedia repo.
