[packman] Missing -32bit packages

Thanks to whoever added those dependencies.  That was enough for some
of them.  A few still have missing __-32bit dependencies, though:

gstreamer-0_10-plugins-bad-32bit - libdca.so.0
gstreamer-0_10-plugins-good-32bit - libcaca.so.0
gstreamer-0_10-plugins-ugly-32bit - libmp3lame.so.0
