[packman] LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME: vlc crash at play any video and OSD little problem(+patch)

vlc immediately crash then i tried play any video file if LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME unset
LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=anyvalue vlc /path/to/video.avi  - works good

mplayer-on-F15)

System:    Kernel 2.6.37.6-0.5-desktop i686 (32 bit) 
           Distro openSUSE 11.4 (i586) VERSION = 11.4 
Graphics:  Card: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics X.org 1.9.3 driver fglrx

also, I found that OSD don't work because wrong path in /usr/share/vlc/osdmenu/default.cfg:
