[packman] Problems with publisher?

Hello folks.

I rebuilt libva with Mesa to enable glx support and allow xbmc to have vaapi
support.

Everything when fine, xbmc succeed and was been published but libva not..
now we have dependencies issues if I try to install xbmc from repo.

In the same way a lot of libxine and gstreamer 64 bit packages are missing..
Any clue? Broken publisher or what?
