Well, I know that this stuff is outdated so I had to weigh the pros and cons of 
adding this package and also how to add it.

If somebody really wants this package, she/he has to install it explicitely and 
in addition I added this german description to the package:

"Deutsche Übersetzung einiger manual pages aus dem Linux Documentation Project.
Bitte beachten sie, daß es sich hier nicht um offizielle Handbücher handelt und 
einige dieser Dateien nicht auf dem selben Stand wie die offiziellen, 
englischsprachigen man-pages sind.

Verwenden sie deshalb immer die englischsprachigen Originaldateien als 
Referenz."

However, if you think the potential use (especially for users without sufficient 
knowledge of english laguage) does not outweigh the potential problems even with 
that disclaimer, I will just remove that thing.
