[packman] Joining Packman

Hi!
I wanted to join Packman, to submit imageshack-uploader (I have it at
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=imageshack-uploader&project=home%3AetamPL%3Aqt_apps).
I also registered etamPL account at http://pmbs.links2linux.org/, but it
needs approval.

What do I need to do?
