[packman] Listing differences in description

There are a lot of packages in packman that are also found in the
normal openSUSE release, but with additional features enabled.  Might
it be a good idea to summarize the differences with the default
version in the description so people know why they would want to use
the packman version instead of the normal version?  This might be too
much effort, though.
