[packman] missing deps for smplayer & mplayer in factory/ 11.4

Thx Lee but at 3 weeks of the 11.4 launch, I'm starting to track all missing package that can be usefull for newcomers.
And we certainly will not drive them to install a thousand of obs repos, do we ?
