[packman] vlc halts logoff from KDE 4.6.00 on openSUSE 11.2 x86_64

One cannot logoff KDE 4.6.00 on openSUSE 11.2 x86_64 with an active
instance of vlc.  Ending the vlc instance allows proper/successful logoff. 
vlc-1.1.7-1.pm.3.2.x86_64

Do I need to file a bug-report and, if so, where; or do you need more
info?
