built packages

    gstreamer-0_10-plugins-good 0.10.24-999.pm.1002.1.i586
    gstreamer-0_10-plugins-ugly 0.10.17-999.pm.1000.2.i586

which are stating, they are depending on gstreamer-0_10-plugins-base
>=0.10.32
