[packman] possible gstreamer issue

Just for your info: The issue was not posted to the OpenSUSE forums,
only here on Packman mailinglist. It was named "Amarok & mp3" and Carl
Fletcher was very kind and tried the file himself.

I would like to add:
Having thought about the issue further I am about 99% sure that it must
have been introduced with one of the latest gstreamer patches. I am very
sure I at least tried one of the files after downloading and it worked
in Amarok...
