[packman] mp3splt no longer supported in packman repository?

Hi Michael, hatte nur vergessen die Pakete während der
Umstellung rüberzuziehen.

Sind auf der letzten Version aktualisiert und spätestens in 4
Stunden auf den Mirrors.
