[packman] MPlayer broken for .flv files

For me mplayer does not play flv files anymore. This happend after the
packman repo reorganisation from a flat directory to the
Essentials,Extra,Games,etc. subdirs. I dont have a specific date when it
broke. The first version that did not work is this, todays version does
not work either:

Hopefully this is not a rude form of forcing me to upgrade to 11.3 or newer.
However, I just checked on a 11.3 installation and it does not work there either.
