[packman] [PM] gnormalize 0.63-0.pm.1.5

Hi,

I see that the `gnormalize' package is present only for openSUSE 11.1 and
11.2.
Why isn't it packaged for 11.3 and 11.4, too?
If the reason is lack of manpower, I can help maintaining this package.
