[packman] libav packages are available on home:ismdon

Hi all;

Since I personally want to use libav and there might be other users wanting to 
do the same, I made it available on my home project, see 
http://pmbs.links2linux.org/package/show?package=libav&project=home%3Aismdon .

It'll install and replace ffmpeg, reverse dependencies will work as expected.
