[packman] Packagers: new openSUSE on pmbs and SSH key change

Detlef kindly took on the hard work of upgrading
pmbs.links2linux.org to openSUSE 11.4 (we were still running
11.1 :$), although the OBS servers are running in a 11.3 chroot
anyway.

For the few of us who have ssh access to pmbs, this means that
you shouldn't be surprised if ssh warns you that the host key
has changed :)
