[packman] idjc auf 11.3 x86_64

Hallo Toni,

idjc is a great program, thanks a lot for supplying this one, and
others, of course.

On x68_64 openSUSE 11.3 it doesn't run (yet), I get:

rud at linux-d0lh:~> idjc
/usr/bin/python: can't open file
'/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/idjcgui.py': [Errno 2] No such file
or directory
rud at linux-d0lh:~>

For me it seems the python files should go into the /usr/lib64 path.
