jpeg2yuv -n 375 -v0 -I p -f 25 -j test.jpg > test.yuv

works for me, openSUSE 11.3 x86_64

Did you have the problem with all jpeg?

Did you have a version in /usr/local/bin?
"whereis jpeg2yuv"
