[packman] gPodder for openSUSE 11.3?

It tells me that gnome-btdownload is required by gpodder, but no such package exists on the repository, nor on the OBS.

Can gPodder be packaged for openSUSE 11.3? This latest stable version of openSUSE has been released since over a month ago.
