Neither is the right way to fix this. The driver package is broken.
I have read in the comments, that the symlink will be added and a separate
libvdpau package will be provided by openSUSE itself with 11.3. As soon as
this package appears in Factory, we will drop this package for all openSUSE
version above 11.2.
What's left is the issue with the missing symlink. I don't know, if new nvidia
driver packages will be proviede now because of this.
