[packman] scummvm: outdated configure flags

Hi,

Your scummvm package is splitted in scummvm and scummvm-extra, I did
that to have the supported engines in the main package and the
unsupported ones in the extra one.
The problem is that your package was ported from the main OBS at
version 0.13.0, and since then the list of supported/unsupported
engines has changed. If you look at the updated package from the games
repository you will see the updated flags.
