never install apllications manually !

simply add the packman repsitory to your yast/zypper and then do a reinstall 
of mediatomb with zypper/yast All required dependencies will be pulled in.

As a sidenote:
mediatomb needs a db-backend, there exists two, one for mysql and one for 
sqlite. Most installers will choose mysql as the letter "M" is lower than "S" 
for sqlite. So if yu prefer sqlite than yu shuld mark mediatmb-sqlite for 
installation.
