vlc is on our build server, should be fixed with the new build in a view 
hours, when mirrors are updated.

@Detlef: Compile is started on the old PMBS, I've also put it to the new
         OBS, fixed all errors rpmlint told me, but dependencies could
         not be fullfilled now.
