[packman] Empty debuginfo for qwt

I'd like to thank you for keeping this awesome repository, it definitely 
enhances my opensuse experience.

I am running into some bugs in my program using the qwt library and I wanted 
to use the debugging information to check if the problem is on my end or with 
the library.  Unfortunately, the debuginfo package is empty.  Can this be 
fixed?

Btw I am running opensuse 11.1
