[packman] How to help out the Packman repo?

Hi,

I read the 'Can I contribute?' section on the main page and I'd like to
find out how I can do it. I would first create RPMs for getmail
(http://pyropus.ca/software/getmail/) and deluge
(http://deluge-torrent.info/), which I see has become unmaintained on
Packman.

I'm a sysadmin who's used Mandriva on his home system for the past 6
years but recently switched over to opensuse with 11.2.
