simply follow those instructions:

you need those packages and a running and configured mysql-server:
HowTo-name ==> SuSE package name
python-dev ==> python-devel
python-mysqldb ==> python-mysql
python-dateutil ==> python-dateutil
mysql-server ==> mysql
libmagic-dev ==> file-devel
python-pexpect ==> python-pexpect
python-imaging ==> python-imaging
clamav-daemon ==> clamav
