This changeset was commited at "01:36 on Feb 17", see 
http://cia.vc/stats/author/Miguel Freitas/.message/8737

It is allready in the build. Maybe you can retry with 20090316.pm.2040, 
it should be soon on the mirrors and has changes in audio_out.c which 
also was affected by patch 2208e465026c

If it fixes your problem I'll backport to 1.1.16.2, otherwise you may 
contact the xine-lib-devel mailinglist...
