[packman] [Bug] cinelerra 2.1 wrong translation encoding(RU) (openSUSE 11.1/i586)

i (and not only I) have wrong text in menu and buttons 

in openSUSE default locale is ru_RU.UTF-8, maybe file 
/usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/cinelerra.mo
 need this encoding instead old KOI8-R
