[packman] me-tv 0.9.1 for opensuse 11.1 will not work

Hi,

I installed the package me-tv-0.9.1-0.pm.3.i586.rpm on opensuse 11.1
(all updates were installed) but the package complains about needing
gtk+ 2.16, but the opensuse 11.1 has gtk 2.14 

This appears to be a packaging problem, something like the packager
had installed later version of something that is not supported by the
current distribution.

I attempted to rebuild from source and had even more problems.

Hope you can figure out what is going on.
