[packman] vlc-1.0 MIDI file support

Hi,

VLC 1.0 has SMF (standard MIDI file) playback support. It requires 
libfluidsynth (already at Packman) at build time, and a soundfont (.SF2) at 
run time. 

Here is a good and free general purpose soundfont (30 Mb):

(Ubuntu and Fedora include a larger (140 Mb) soundfont: Fluid - Release 3, 
available at hammersound.net)
