[packman] Audacity in SuSE10.3

I am having trouble with your build of Audacity.  

Running on Suse10.3, audacity loaded from Packman

When started the disk runs, but then stops and there is no
window. Just sits there until I ^C 
1.3.3(beta) from SuSE is OK, but the the Packman version (1.3.7) shows
this behaviour. 

This has been the case for a while

I contacted AudacityTeam and they suggested this was a problem with
your build.
