[packman] 'zypper dup' in opensuse 11.1 keeps RE-installing the same 'packman' packages

In all the years that I'm using Packman, this list has always be "it".

Folks, any reaction (even if "no time right now" or "we don't know how
it happened and how to fix it") would be very much appreciated.
