[packman] Package Request: Qt Script Generator

Hi. Could someone please package up the qt script generator for oS 11.2 
(http://code.google.com/p/qtscriptgenerator/). 

This is a requirement for the latest git versions of Amarok /KDE4 and I'm 
unable to build amarok without it. 

Unfortunately I seem to be having trouble getting it to install from source - 
not sure if it is some unresolved dependency on this machine or what (it was 
an upgrade from 11.0 -> 11.2).
